Heartfelt testimonies from men and women who really believe their lives will be different, will be better, will make more sense, if they can only remember to drink green tea or lose 5,10,20 lbs….

We are just three women and we definitely don’t have the answers.  But we do have stories…a million stories about trying to be healthier, becoming better versions of ourselves, and laughing at the ridiculousness of our lives.

Each of us is different, we want different things, and we are taking very different paths to get there.  And we’re bringing you along for the ride.
